PRSA Philadelphia recognizes best-in-class public relations programs at the 2025 Pepperpot Awards

PHILADELPHIA, PA, Dec. 8, 2025 – On Dec. 4, the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) held its 57th annual Pepperpot Awards ceremony at the Down Town Club by Cescaphe .


The PRSA Philadelphia Pepperpot Awards are a staple in the Philadelphia region, recognizing best-in-class PR campaigns, tactics and professionals. More than 100 public relations professionals gathered for the event which was hosted by Jay Vereen from Wooder Ice and PRSA Philadelphia President Binh Nguyen. FOX29’s Jennaphr Frederick was  honored at the event with the LOVE Award for embodying PRSA’s core principles of advocacy, honesty, expertise, independence, loyalty and fairness.


More than 40 awards were presented to honor the work of professionals and agencies. A total of 90 entries across 23 categories were judged independently by the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter.
The “Best in Show” award, given to the highest scoring entry overall, was presented to Carmichael Lynch Relate for A Slicey & Spicy Product Launch with Montchevre.

 

In addition to the campaign and tactic categories, PRSA Philadelphia also presented individual achievement awards to the following outstanding PRSA members:

  • The Anthony J. Fulginiti Award for Commitment to Education was awarded to Linda Pollock, Professor at Rowan University.

  • The DeAnn White Award for Excellence in Community Service was awarded to Carmen Gonzales, Vice President of Communications at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia.

  • The Anne Sceia Klein Award for Professional Promise was awarded to Sylvianna Colon, a graduate of Temple University.

  • The PRSA Philadelphia Chapter’s President’s Award was awarded to Jason Lee, DEI and Communications Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of PRSA.

The night also marked the introduction of incoming PRSA Philadelphia Chapter President Scott Sauer, who had served as Vice President for the past year.
